Binetti s.p.a., with its address at Via S.P. 231 km. 2, 70032 Bitonto, Bari, was formed in April 1979, and became a limited PLC company in 1998. The company operates in the market for the distribution of vehicle spare parts, and in particular specialises in spare parts for heavy-duty vehicles. 

The company was originally founded in 1951 by Mr Rocco Binetti, and was situated at that time in the centre of the city of Bari, operating under the name “The Car Emporium”.

The family-run business quickly began to grow, and soon found itself having to move location. In 1960 it hence transferred to new bigger premises in order to be able to meet ever-increasing customer demands. In 1964, with the unfortunate passing away of Mr Rocco Binetti, the management of the company was handed over to his wife, Mrs Maria Sforza, and his son, Mr Francesco Binetti.

Over the course of time the company has steadily established itself as a market leader thanks to its continual growth which now allows it to be identified as a recognised point of reference in the heavy-duty spare parts market.

In 1994 Maria Teresa Binetti, daughter of Mr Francesco Binetti, joined the business and is part of the management of the company to this day.

After more than 50 years of business operations and experience, Binetti s.p.a. is now a recognised market leader.

The extensive knowledge and understanding of the complexities of the market in which it operates results in Binetti s.p.a. being able to guarantee its customers a complete range of spare parts solutions for any kind of vehicle, and for any kind of requirement.

With the launch of its “Binetti Quality System” business management program, the company has invested heavily into Research and Development. The structure of the company is completed by the General Management team, and the Purchasing, Marketing and Administrative departments. Binetti s.p.a.’s annual turnover currently stands at approximately 14 million euros.
