Binetti s.p.a. would like to inform its customers that:

·        The handling of any personal information is exclusively for commercial purposes, such as for sales, or for promotional or statistical reasons.

·        The Customer reserves the right to obtain access to Binetti s.p.a.’s data handling at any time, and likewise can request for:         

a.)              confirmation of the existence of personal information relevant to the Customer, and an explanation as to the use of such data;

b.)             the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form, or the detention of any handled information in the case of the violation of any law;

c.)              the updating or renewal of any relevant personal information;

d.)             written confirmation that either of the actions referred to in points b.) or c.) have been carried out, and likewise proof that any interested third parties who have been involved in receiving said relevant information have also been informed regarding such operations (to as much as an extent as acceptably possible);

e.)              free access to any personal information or data which might be handled by Binetti s.p.a., as permitted in Article 31, Clause 1 of Italian Law 675 (31.12.1996).

Binetti s.p.a. would also like to inform its customers that it is their right, at any given time, the updating or renewal of any personal information, and that such a request can be made to the Company via written letter, email or fax.
